1C is now open! This is the last phase!
Phase 1C is OPEN!
Some reminders:
1) If the system freezes at any time while you are registering (or tells you your email is already registered!), clear your cookies or try registering from a new browser/device (phones are working very well).
2) Absent Membership must be done while your phase is open. Click on the link you were sent and after you have accepted the conditions there will be an option to select "Member NOT attending". Follow the prompts from there. There is a $10 fee for Absent Membership
3) Groups/Table Leaders will be full. Select a different table leader under the same group leader as your friends/family registered in for the best chance of being seated in the same general area.
4) Lastly, there is only Phase One this year. It is divided into three groups: 1A, 1B and 1C. Times are listed below. Just follow your link at the designated time in your invite. (Space is limited and will sell out.) Groups are determined by the groups you sat with in 2019 so friends/family can register together in the same window.
